As Databricks continues to expand globally a thriving Global Mobility program is foundational to the success of the business. We need someone passionate about all things Global Mobility to drive transformational change of our program and operations. The Business Operations Manager Global Mobility & Immigration will report to the Director of Global Mobility leading the strategy and of the US/LATAM region. This is a great opportunity to provide vision and direction to a growing program and company and drive .
The impact you will have:
- Manage Databricks US & LATAM Global Mobility & Immigration programs & workflows
- Partner with key leaders and stakeholders to develop and execute both shortterm and longterm Global Mobility & Immigration strategies/roadmaps
- Consult with stakeholders at all levels of the organization providing options in leveraging Global Mobility to meet business needs
- Identify process inefficiencies and become a process simplification champion
- Build and maintain process documentation partnering with internal stakeholder teams to ensure a cohesive employee experience
- Manage the relationship of the regional Immigration Tax and Relocation vendors ensuring accountability to targets/SLAs program and employee experience
- Triage critical issues exceptions
What we look for:
- Youre a problem solver with successful project and process management experience
- Deep technical knowledge of global mobility & immigration
- 8 years of global mobility program management experience
- Experience designing scaling transforming highvolume programs
- Strategy & planning mindset /delivery influencing executive stakeholders
