THE POSITION
We are looking for a fulltime Content & Education Specialist to join our team Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM at our office in Portage MI. This is not a remote position. This position assists in driving our mission by creating engaging and informative content as well as facilitating live customer training sessions. This position will collaborate with internal teams including marketing sales service projects and client success to develop content for client acquisition purposes and enduser training. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and create engaging informative and effective learning materials and content including presentations videos blog posts and training materials that will resonate with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct both live and recorded customer training sessions on basic software cybersecurity principles phone system use and other technologyrelated topics.
- Tailor training sessions to various customer segments ensuring relevance and clarity for nontechnical audiences.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training content through analytics feedback and user engagement.
- Partner with technology vendors and other members of the business community to identify areas for collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Communication Marketing English Education or related field and/ or 1 year(s) of experience creating content in a business setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as comfort public speaking.
- Strong proofing and editing skills with a drive for accuracy and detail.
- Ability to break down complex concepts into easytounderstand materials for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in content creation education instructional design or technical writing.
- Experience with podcasting platforms editing tools and equipment a plus.
