Job Description

Job Title: Licensed Project Manager/Architect

Location: Largo FL
Job Type: FullTime
Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level
License Required: Florida Architect License

About Us:

We are working with a dynamic and designdriven architectural firm based in Largo FL. Known for delivering innovative sustainable and contextsensitive projects across the healthcare sector. We are currently seeking a talented and licensed architect to join our collaborative team and contribute to the design excellence that defines our clients practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration.

  • Develop and review design documentation including construction drawings specifications and presentation materials.

  • Coordinate with clients consultants engineers and contractors to ensure project success.

  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of local building codes zoning regulations ADA compliance and permitting processes specific to Florida.

  • Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and interns.

  • Support sustainable design practices and LEED/green building initiatives where applicable.

  • Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect in the State of Florida (required).

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

  • 5 years of postlicensure experience in an architectural firm.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across various project types.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and other industrystandard tools.

  • Exceptional communication leadership and organizational skills.

  • Experience with construction administration and consultant coordination.
