We are working with a dynamic and designdriven architectural firm based in Largo FL. Known for delivering innovative sustainable and contextsensitive projects across the healthcare sector. We are currently seeking a talented and licensed architect to join our collaborative team and contribute to the design excellence that defines our clients practice.
Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration.
Develop and review design documentation including construction drawings specifications and presentation materials.
Coordinate with clients consultants engineers and contractors to ensure project success.
Apply comprehensive knowledge of local building codes zoning regulations ADA compliance and permitting processes specific to Florida.
Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and interns.
Support sustainable design practices and LEED/green building initiatives where applicable.
Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables.
Licensed Architect in the State of Florida (required).
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
5 years of postlicensure experience in an architectural firm.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across various project types.
Proficient in AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and other industrystandard tools.
Exceptional communication leadership and organizational skills.
Experience with construction administration and consultant coordination.
