We are seeking a Technical Lead to drive the evolution of the Nextiva suite and contribute to Nextivas mission of enhancing customer engagement. In this role you will be instrumental in designing and implementing cuttingedge features and modules collaborating with crossfunctional teams and shaping the future of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Design and code the excellent workflow features or modules
- Tackle challenging engineering and product problems create solutions to customers.
- Create new ideas with our design teams to continually iterate.
- Work crossfunctionally to evaluate the relative importance of and need for product.
- Working and learning with engineering peers management and product.
- Design implement and deliver StandAlone and REST based API solutions that meet the product.
- Take ownership of modules from design to implementation.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Core Java.
- 8 years of practical experience in building enterprise products.
- Strong competency in serverside architectures.
- Familiar with Unix/Linux environment.
- SQL Spring Hibernate.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in design coding and implementation of web.
- Comfortable with fullstack projects and able to build a minimum working and prototypes.
- Ability to learn and use skills in new.
- Team player as well as an individual contributor.
- Quick debugger and learner.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
Additional Qualities:
- Project ownership.
- Selfmotivation and dedication.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Multitasking managing multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail.

- Willing to develop new projects debug and fix issues in existing projects.
