Manager of Sales Unified Communications TELUS Canada


Transform Enterprise Communications in a Leadership Role Hybrid Work Model


TELUS one of Canadas leading telecommunications companies is seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales to lead our Unified Communications division. This role combines strategic leadership with technical expertise to drive enterprise communications solutions across Canada.

Location: Calgary or Vancouver Canada (Hybrid Work Model)

Employment Type: FullTime Department: Enterprise

Sales Reports To: Director of Sales


Your Impact


Transform our enterprise communications landscape by:

  • Leading a specialized team of Sales Specialists delivering cuttingedge UC solutions
  • Architecting complex communication solutions for enterprise clients
  • Driving business transformation through cloud and premisebased services
  • Orchestrating highimpact sales strategies in unified communications

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach a highperforming sales team focused on fullcycle enterprise sales support
  • Revenue Generation: Drive profitable revenue aligned with TELUS capabilities and corporate strategy
  • Strategic Partnerships: Foster relationships with key partners (Cisco Microsoft Google Avaya)
  • Solution Development: Architect complex enterprise communications solutions
  • Performance Management:
    • Manage sales pipeline through SFDC (Salesforce)
    • Create innovative solutions and strategies
    • Present sales reports to senior management
    • Participate in bid governance processes

Qualifications

  • 10 years of sales leadership experience in UC solutions
  • Proven track record leading enterprise solutions sales teams
  • Experience engaging with Csuite stakeholders
  • Strong background in telecom industry or related enterprise sectors
  • Expertise in both public and commercial sectors


Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Sales certifications
  • University degree or equivalent seniorlevel experience
  • Experience with Cisco Microsoft or Avaya platforms
  • Strong background in cloud voice and managed services
