ProVac is on the riseand were looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our North Carolina team to new heights! Youll be responsible for operational performance safety and profitability while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
You will manage daily field operations ensure service quality uphold safety compliance and support employee performance. Youll collaborate across departmentsSales HR Safety and Fleetto deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Experienced in hydrovac environmental services or related fields
A handson leader with a track record of team success
Skilled in planning scheduling and performance monitoring

7 years of field leadership experience in construction or environmental services
Knowledge of hydrovac or industrial vacuum operations
Proven ability to lead teams and manage safety programs
Familiarity with job costing reporting and performance tracking
Bachelors degree in Business Operations or related field (preferred)
