Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and scheduling
Ensure regulatory and safety compliance
Collaborate with HR Fleet and Sales
Manage labor equipment and costs
Provide onsite support and coaching
Drive performance evaluations and employee growth
The BEST candidate will have
7 years of field leadership experience in construction or environmental services
Knowledge of hydrovac or industrial vacuum operations
Proven ability to lead teams and manage safety programs
Familiarity with job costing reporting and performance tracking
Bachelors degree in Business Operations or related field (preferred)
