Job Description
Verisure is looking for a dynamic Junior Business Controller to join our Technology platform in Malm!
Partner with our worldclass R&D and IT team driving innovation in our industryleading Innovation Center. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager youll play a key role in shaping Verisures ambitious technology developments.
This is a highimpact opportunity to grow with the business and collaborate with our global Group Finance Technology team across Geneva Malm and Madrid.
About the role
As a key finance partner youll drive financial leadership business insights and process optimization shaping Verisures global technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial leadership and datadriven analysis to support R&D and IT strategy.
Act as the trusted finance expert for technology leadership driving insights and innovation.
Lead budgeting forecasting and performance tracking identifying cost efficiencies.
Oversee monthend reviews cost controls and cash flow optimization.
Improve financial reporting Opex/Capex project tracking FTEs etc..
Drive simplification and process standardization across technology teams.
Mentor and coach finance teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead knowledgesharing initiatives across the finance organization.
About you:
Were looking for someone who is curious and eager to learn with a proactive mindset and a structured way of working. You have strong communication and collaboration skills and youre comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Thriving in a fastpaced international environment comes naturally to you and youre excited by the opportunity to grow in a dynamic business setting.
Key Competencies
- Bachelors degree in finance or business administration
- A couple of years of experience in finance controlling accounting or business analysis
- Experience from an international fastpaced environment ideally in Technology
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong analytical mindset business acumen and adaptability to dive deep and solve complex challenges.
- Fluent English (Swedish or other European languages are a plus).
