What Youll Do

Youll play a critical role in our daytoday success. Youll be on the front lines working directly with our customers and partners ensuring smooth deliveries and toptier service. Responsibilities include:

  • Answer inbound phone calls text messages and emails from customers about their deliveries.
  • Confirm delivery dates and provide realtime updates on delivery crew ETAs.
  • Troubleshoot problems on the spot using our internal systems and tools.
  • Communicate with customers shippers and our internal ops team to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Help with general office tasks like welcoming visitors keeping supplies stocked and keeping the workspace organized.

    What were looking for:

    • TechSavvy: Comfortable with computers and common office software (Google Workspace) and able to touch type
    • Problem Solver: Curious and resourceful with a strong desire to dive into challenges and find solutions
    • Quick Learner: Able to pick up new tools quickly (e.g. Airtable Front internal logistics systems)
    • Strong Communicator: Clear and confident on the phone with excellent written communication skills
    • Professional & Reliable: Poised under pressure highly organized and dependable.

      This is a full time in office position in Norcross GA. Schedule is:

      • Mon: 8a4:30p
      • TueFri: 9a5:30p
      • The occasional Saturday may be required and hours may adjust occasionally based on the needs of the business
