About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Scrum Master within the Enterprise Functions Technology Group (EFT). In this role you will be supporting our innovative agile environment and leading endtoend project .

As a Lead Scrum Master you will enable and accelerate quality outcomes by assertively and proactively raising issues to influence change. Your contributions in this role will be an important element of our agile practice helping realize our vision to enable and continuously improve our Scrum Master and Kanban Lead community.

In this role you will:

  • Manage and develop Scaled Agile portfolios of the highest complexity
  • Guide the teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization team readiness and commitment for each Sprint
  • Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance
  • Oversee systemic impediments to team agility and guide the teams on methods to escalate
  • Deliver capabilities using agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle business process mapping and various release processes to ensure all risk security and development requirements are met
  • Partner with discipline managers to convey their concerns to scrum teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards
  • Collaborate with product owners program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness
  • Collaborate and consult with peers colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function policies procedures and compliance requirements
  • Train other Scrum Masters and serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Agile Scrum Master experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
  • 5 years working in an Agile environment
  • 5 Experience facilitating Scrum Ceremonies (Daily Standup Sprint Planning backlog refinement and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and/or Kanban
  • 5 years of handson experience with Jira and Confluence software
  • 5 years of endtoend project

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
  • 4 years in building JQL managing delivering JIRA boards and dashboards
  • Scrum Master Certification i.e. CSM from Scrum Alliance or PSM from
  • Ability to work with situations of ambiguity conflict and uncertainty in order drive outcomes forward
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Prior experience with Project Management tasks to include metrics tracking project planning scope development etc..
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution ability

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • Must be able to work onsite at any of the listed locations

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
