Director Communications PR

We are seeking a passionate strategic and resultsdriven Communications & PR Director with a flair for storytelling. This role primarily supports AT&T Business focusing on amplifying our business narrative promoting our differentiated products and services and highlighting customer success stories. The successful candidate will provide communications support to senior executives and partner with our product and marketing organizations advance our narrative support our growth strategy and identify enterprise midmarket and small business customers to highlight.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Communications: Develop and execute intergrated internal and external communications plans that captivate and inspire various audiences.

• Develop and Manage Communications: Write and oversee publication of both internal and external communications including blogs press releases speeches talking points social media posts multimedia content and corporate messaging materials.

• Establish Relationships with Business Groups: Foster close relationships with the Business Groups to communicate the companys vision effectively and creatively to internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Marketing and PR Teams: Work closely with these key partners to manage brand and corporate identity ensuring a consistent and captivating brand story.

• Team Leadership: Directly supervise develop and mentor a small talented team.

• Creative Storytelling: Shape thought leadership platforms stories and content ensuring alignment with our companys values priorities and leadership tone.

• Pitch Writing and Media Engagement: Develop media pitches and cultivate media relationships. Prepare media backgrounders and key reports.

• Monitor Industry News: Maintain an understanding of industry trends and conduct timely research on news coverage issues and industry reports affecting the company to inform team decisionmaking.
