Level 2 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: 25000
Hours: Fulltime all year round
Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and nurturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a truly unique setting a stunning manor house with its own forest school and onsite farm animals where learning through play and handson experiences is at the heart of everything they do.
The ideal candidate will be caring enthusiastic and committed to creating a safe stimulating and inclusive environment where young children can thrive and grow.
What Were Looking For
- Level 2 in Early Years
- Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting
- Sound understanding of child development and early years education frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive team player with a flexible and proactive approach
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging ageappropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Ensure the health safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
- Build strong nurturing relationships with children families and colleagues
- Observe and monitor childrens progress contributing to assessments and development plans
- Promote equality diversity and inclusion throughout the nursery environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a warm and supportive atmosphere for all
