The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead our ACQNEX BO squad which is integral to the newly established ACQNEX product area. This team is responsible for managing Paysuite a premier cloudbased backoffice application developed by the APACS teams and built using Java technology. This role is critical to our recent partnership with PrivatBank Ukraines largest bank. In this collaboration Worldline will replace PrivatBanks existing card payment processing solutions with our advanced technology handling approximately 40 million cards and 9 billion transactions annually leveraging Google Cloud.

DaytoDay Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for the Paysuite application within the ACQNEX BO squad ensuring alignment with Worldlines goals and the partnership with PrivatBank.
• Collaborate closely with the ACQNEX BO squad and other stakeholders including technical and business teams to gather requirements and ensure product alignment with customer needs.
• Manage the product backlog prioritize features and enhancements and ensure a clear actionable roadmap.
• Oversee product development throughout its lifecycle from ideation to deployment ensuring timely delivery of highquality features.
• Address any challenges that arise during the implementation of card payment processing solutions on Google Cloud.
• Lead the continuous improvement and optimization of our processing solutions to maintain steady growth and efficiency.
• Take ownership and endtoend responsibility for the squads applications.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to enhance our offering continually.

Who Are We Looking For

• Higher degree in IT Management or related fields.
• Relevant experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of card payment processing systems.
• Willingness to learn new things and continuously improve.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud or other cloud platforms is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience with cloudbased applications and knowledge of Java technology is a plus.
• Experience working in international and crossfunctional teams is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
