The Opportunity

Join our Payments Acceptance Management Office as a Unit Coordinator where youll lead essential controlling processes data management and SLA monitoring activities. Youll play a crucial role in streamlining control systems and processes that form the backbone of our core business operations while managing internal projects and ensuring compliance with company standards.

DaytoDay Responsibilities

• Develop and implement control methodologies including defining tools policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage and control asset requirements for new supplies ensuring alignment with allocated budgets across the department.
• Create and regularly update forecasts while monitoring material movement progress to maintain operational excellence.
• Verify correspondence between field activities and invoicing flows to optimize processes and reduce operational costs.
• Work closely with the office manager to align strategies and share monitoring results for continuous improvement.
• Supervise internal project management activities and extraordinary operations requiring specialized oversight.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to compliance plans implementing corrective measures when necessary.
