ABOUT THE UPPER GRAND DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD (UGDSB)
The UGDSB employs a team of approximately 4000 dedicated staff who serve more than 35000 students attending a variety of programs across 65 elementary and 11 secondary schools as well as continuing education and adult learning centres in the counties of Dufferin Wellington and the City of Guelph. The UGDSB covers the ancestral and treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit the Six Nations of the Grand River and Saugeen Ojibway Nation.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The UGDSB is currently accepting applications from qualified applicants for our Office Clerical and Technical (OCT) Casual Supply List . The OCT Casual Supply List provides coverage for a variety of administrative positions in offices of the Board elementary and secondary schools. OCT Casual Supply staff replace absent administrative/secretarial staff on an as needed basis or for shortterm assignments.
Location: All geographical areas of the Board including North Wellington Centre Wellington East Wellington Guelph Orangeville Dufferin County and Shelburne. Supply OCT staff may select specified areas in which they would like to work.
Hours of work : While there is no guarantee of hours per week as this is a casual position a casual employee with full availability can work fulltime hours up to 35 hours per week depending on need.
Hourly R ate : The rate of pay varies depending on the position that is being covered; minimum rate is $22.07 per hour plus applicable vacation pay.
