Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a Talent Management professional who is passionate about enhancing the employee experience for our 47000 employees. This position reports to the Director of Leadership Development & Succession Planning and plays a crucial role in building coordinating and leading initiatives within the corporate Talent Management function.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
The Principal Talent Management will be responsible for organizing and leading the following initiatives:
- Lead enterprise general manager development program. Lead selection processes coordinate rotations and relocations identify development strategies and measure success of participants in program as well as postprogram placements.
- Own enterprisewide succession planning and annual talent review processes. Redefine process and timing author and update standard work support enterprise action planning and tracking evaluate and enhance succession planning tools.
- Lead emerging leader selection processes and development strategies including defining process and timing authoring and updating standard work owning enterprise emerging leader development series driving executive slating tracking process for enterprise.
- Lead organization coaching strategy including orientations training developing HR coaches. Enterprise 360 assessment process owner.
- Own approved development vendor list for executive and leadership partners; maintain contracts with vendors. Create and maintain enterprise executive success profiles.
- Serve as colead for key talent management events and programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with 12 years prior related experience or Graduate Degree with 10 years of equivalent work experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical knowledge of talent management and learning strategies proven project management
- Sound data analytics background
- Ability to organize and execute plans methodically and work collaboratively and cooperatively across functions and business segments
- Proven MS Office skills particularly with respect to Excel and PowerPoint
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience across multiple HR disciplines to include HR business partnering
