As DRAM Engineering Group (DEG) Product Principal Engineers we are responsible for running technical projects to align product performance and manufacturing flows across DRAM products. We define projects prioritize tasks analyze risks and meet timelines for the group as we persistently innovate critical process design and development.
In this role you will have the opportunity to lead mentor and develop fellow engineers and training opportunities! You will have direct line input on team headcount needs resource prioritization and equipment needs.
Responsibilities:
- Align product performance and Manufacturing flows across DRAM products (approve reticle conversions Fab process changes Test flow changes etc
- Provide direction and maintain alignment of specific companywide projects
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Operational and Development Groups (other groups outside of the Business Units)
- Provide mentorship in assessing product potential and capabilities
- Evaluate Equipment and Hardware Needs for Engineering and Production
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of demonstrated ability in DRAM Product or Design
- 5 or more years of demonstrated ability Management and leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and coaching
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7 years Masters or equivalent experience in product design test and development for volatile memory technology
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Excellent Project Management skills
