We re seeking a proactive Business Development Resource with 2-3 years hands-on experience on Upwork LinkedIn and other lead-prospecting platforms. You ll drive new business opportunities craft winning proposals and manage client communications end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify prospects on Upwork LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar channels.
Develop creative outreach (cold-email InMail content) to generate leads
Write tailored compelling proposals that align technical solutions with client needs.
Coordinate discovery calls demos and follow-ups; ensure prompt professional communication
Maintain pipeline in CRM or Google Sheets; report on lead status and revenue forecasts
Analyze outreach metrics; iterate messaging and suggest improvements to sales collateral
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Communications or equivalent practical experience
2 3 years hands-on BD/sales experience on Upwork LinkedIn and other prospecting platforms
Excellent written and spoken English; strong proposal-writing capability
Proven call-coordination and client-communication skills
Self-motivated go-getter with innovative approach to sales prospecting
Nice-to-Have:
Proactive go-getter attitude resilience under pressure strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
Experience with Asana or similar project-management platforms.
Basic understanding of web/app development services and pricing models.
