Job Description

Take the next step in your career! We are looking for a highly skilled motivated and handson Construction Supervisor in Electrical and Instrumentation to play a key role in a largescale cuttingedge EPCM industrial project.

As a Construction Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the installation of electrical and instrumentation systems at the construction site ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards on time and within budget. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the installation of electrical and instrumentation systems at the construction site
  • Ensure all installations comply with applicable electrical and instrumentation standards safety regulations and quality requirements
  • Coordinate and manage contractors and technicians to achieve project objectives
  • Work closely with other project managers and site supervisors to ensure smooth project
  • Ensure the project stays within timelines and budget through careful monitoring and planning
  • Provide regular progress reports and flag any deviations to the project manager
  • Actively participate in project meetings and ensure all stakeholders are informed of the projects status

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor in electrical and instrumentation preferably within EPCM projects
  • Strong understanding of installation and integration of electrical and instrumentation systems
  • Experience in leading and coordinating teams of contractors and technicians
  • Solid technical expertise and familiarity with technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle highpressure situations and take responsibility for project progress
  • Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus
