Position Summary
The Southeast Associate Director of Regional Recruitment provides leadership and oversight for all Georgia Florida Tennessee Alabama Arkansas North Carolina South Carolina and Mississippi undergraduate recruitment.
The Southeast Associate Director of Regional Recruitment manages all recruiting aspects of an assigned territory (including extensive travel yearround with peak times in the fall and spring) and is responsible for building strong relationships with students parents school counselors & communitybased organizations. This role will also work extensively with our Southeast community colleges and transfer students.
This position will also review applications and determine whether an applicant is academically prepared to succeed at DU (based on assessment of the students curriculum grades test scores essay recommendations activities and other attributes). Along with the entire Enrollment Division Associate Directors of Regional Recruitment share responsibility to attract excellent students by being sensitive to and understanding the diverse academic socioeconomic and cultural
backgrounds of students. The position will assist in the development implementation and coordination of the recruitment efforts to build and attract a diverse student population specifically from the Southeast market.
In addition to the recruiting duties listed above regional recruitment associate directors will also serve on a specific committee or team within our office: Visit; Diversity and College Access; Transfer; or Communication. This position seeks candidates who bring experience skill and passion to specifically partner with both our Diversity & Access Team (DAT) and Transfer Team. The role reports to the senior associate director of regional recruitment. The position will assist with supporting the mission and goals of the enrollment division by striving to achieve a critical mass of academically talented and culturally dynamic students.

The salary grade for the position is 10.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $65000 $80000
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate departmental budget availability internal salary equity considerations and available market information but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
