As an M&A Investment Banking Managing Director youll provide clients with objective advice on all aspects of M&A and corporate finance alternatives through highly focused industry teams with world class global capabilities. The opportunity
Youll be working in a team environment with corporate finance and established investment banking professionals on a variety of projects primarily in the MedTech sector as part of a group with broad healthcare and life sciences coverage capabilities. Our team works to understand the clients business model and trends as well as challenge assumptions of future performance and assist with all aspects for M&A debt and equity transaction .
Your key responsibilities
As an Investment Banking Managing Director you will be a vital member of the team responsible for leading and executing engagements in the MedTech sector. Youll be focused on covering the MedTech sectors and various relevant subsectors with the responsibility for origination and of buyside and sellside M&A as well as other corporate finance transaction. Your coverage with include private and public middle market enterprises and relevant private equity sponsors. Youll be able to leverage EYs extensive global reach and network of relationships and comprehensive capabilities in order to communicate the firms unique investment banking capabilities to the clients senior executives. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of midlevel and junior members ensuring their career development.
Skills and attributes for success
Advise companies regarding M&A strategic and corporate finance alternatives.
Supervise coach and mentor Senior Vice Presidents Vice Presidents associates and analysts to prepare compelling pitch materials offering memoranda and related materials for M&A and capital raising mandates.
Identify prospective investors and buyers for M&A and capital raising mandates.
Perform extensive financial analysis valuation analysis and pro forma financial modeling.
Identify key issues and potential areas of valuation and transaction risk within engagements.
Perform Indepth sector market and companyspecific coverage.
Contribute to recruiting and team development initiatives.
To qualify for theroleyou must have
Extensive investment banking experience.
Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses (in good standing).
Ability to work directly with clients as the most senior banking team representative able to manage all client deliverables.
Strong experience with both originating transactions and leading a team in .
Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
Willingness and ability to travel as necessary at short notice.

A proven record of excellence in investment banking specific to MedTech mergers acquisitions and capital markets.
Experience gained within another credible investment banking organization.
