Role Overview:
As a Senior Associate Sales Strategy you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives across the sales organization through effective project management and . Youll work closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding Sales Marketing Operations and Communications to ensure timely delivery and impact of highpriority projects. Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress coordinating stakeholder communications managing timelines and deliverables hosting webinars and helping drive sales activation strategies across the sales teams and the field. Success in this role requires a strong blend of organizational operational and some insurance sales knowledge as well as a deep interest in sales processes business strategy and crossfunctional collaboration.

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individuals experience skills qualifications and job location. Additionally employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
Please note: This role requires FINRA Associated Person prehire fingerprinting.
