Hours: 1012 AM79 PM UA. Flexible

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing organization. . As a Business Analyst you will create and maintain clear and concise business requirements specifications use cases user stories and acceptance criteria for the target projects.
Responsibilities:
- As the first business analyst in the company we expect you to help integrate your role effectively into the team.
- Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements specifications use cases user stories and acceptance criteria on the projects.
- Support the creation of technical documentation system diagrams wireframes and prototypes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of the target projects
- Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems.
- Check that new requests dont break anything in the existing product and are compliant with the main product goals.
Requirements:
- English level B2 or higher
- 2 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software companies.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in the collection and elaboration of requirements.
- Experience in creating business requirements specifications use cases user stories and acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form.
- Experience in writing technical documentation creating system diagrams wireframes and prototypes.
- Basic knowledge of software architecture and microservices.
- Understanding of web development processes.
- Selfmotivated wellorganized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using the Azure DevOps board.
- Experience working with Agile framework.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management engineering UX/UI and customer support.
- SQL using basic queries JOIN
