About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter (temporary position) to support our talent acquisition efforts focusing on global technical roles.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for highgrowth companies and possess strong drive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a global team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about recruiting top talent thrives in a fastpaced environment and is excited to contribute to the growth of a cuttingedge fraud prevention company

What youll be doing:

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process for technical positions from sourcing screening to offer negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to formulate talent acquisition strategies tailored to current and future hiring needs. This involves understanding specific role requirements defining skills criteria establishing a clear interview process and creating a sourcing plan.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive toptalent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process to offer acceptance.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve Forters recruitment process.

Who are you:

  • 6 years of fullcycle in house recruiting experience a must.
  • Experience from global tech organization a must.
  • Experience in conducting active sourcing on various search platforms a must.
  • Proficient in fullcycle recruiting including candidate sourcing managing the interview process and conducting offer negotiations through closure a must.
  • Ability to inspire communicate effectively and build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong project management skills showcasing the ability to coordinate and manage details in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using the Greenhouse ATS or a similar applicant tracking system.
