Your tasks
You define derived from target states measurable objectives with those responsible for the implementation of corporate security issues
You support those responsible in the implementation of these objectives by structuring coordinating controlling and monitoring the achievements of the objectives in the sense of project management
You capture actual states of corporate security issues compare these with target states document deviations and define implementation goals with the responsible parties to achieve target states
You control and monitor the achievement of sub and overall goals document and report on progress
Together with the security forces you establish structures regarding reporting and collaboration
You define and implement performance metrics together with those responsible and monitor and report on them
You analyze processes and organizational structures for optimization potentials identify them and design new processes and structures
You take up requirements from existing management systems and analyze the organization and processes for their implementation
In case of deviations you support those responsible in the sense of a project management to achieve the requirements
You monitor situations and analyze and evaluate them for possible negative effects
You prepare information and situation reports to inform top management and corporate bodies
You monitor changing situations with potentially significant implications for MAN Truck & Bus SEs protective goods
You are involved in incident management organizations in handling special (security) situations
Your qualification
You have a university degree preferably in business engineering or business psychology or a comparable qualification
you have professional experience in international cooperation and managing international projects
You have experience in gathering and rating security situations as well as in deriving measures for situation control
Ideally you have experience in the application of other management systems in the fields of occupational and IT safety; health environmental and data protection or quality risk and business continuity management
You have a selfconfident manner with business fluent German and English language skills (preferably Polish Turkish or Slovak as other language skills)
You have intercultural sensitivity and teamwork skills and you take pleasure in crowwdepartmental and crossbrand collaboration
You impress with a strucutred goaloriented proactive and independent way of working with direct and appropriate communication skills
You bring the willingsness for national and international business trips oncall duty and further training
