We are seeking an exceptional Director of Business Development to join our dynamic team. In this key leadership role you will play a pivotal part in driving our organisations success by identifying new opportunities optimising sales channels and shaping the future of our business through strategic initiatives.


Your Tasks

  • Generate Growth: Drive new business in target markets with a focus on valueadded logistics warehousing retail distribution and endtoend supply chain solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth profitability and longterm sustainability.
  • Opportunity Identification: Research and pursue new business opportunities in emerging and established markets.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Partner with Business Development Marketing Solution Design and Logistics Engineering teams to craft competitive proposals and innovative service offerings.
  • DataDriven Insight: Maintain a structured analysis of target markets and clients using CRM systems. Manage global account plans and coordinate international sales efforts for large accounts.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights into market trends industry developments and competitor activities sharing feedback with global and regional teams.
  • Technology Adoption: Identify and evaluate new technologies and present feasibility plans for implementation.
  • Alignment with Strategy: Ensure the companys business objectives align with its short and longterm strategic goals.


Your Profile

  • Strong understanding of sales marketing and business processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
  • Client and customeroriented mindset with a proactive problemsolving approach.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and communicate with highlevel executives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in diverse settings.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting workloads effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
