Hunter Savage is hiring for a Customer Services Administrator based in Antrim for a company who offer progression and ongoing development.

The Role:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone email and online channels
  • Taking ownership of requests and aiming for firstcall resolution
  • Providing administrative support to the wider Customer Services Team
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a customer service/administrative position
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
