Job Description
Synerfac is looking for a Sr. Project Accountant for our client in Horsham PA. Our Client is an expert in MEP building systems and provides integrated full lifecycle solutions that optimize the design construction operation and efficiency of buildings.
Compiles prepares and analyzes monthly project billings per contract requirements.
Performs financial analysis and reconciliation of project costs versus project budget.
Processes project accounts payable and subcontracts payable.
Manages vendor compliance insurance lien waivers retention and W9s
Produces and analyzes job performance and profitability through jobs cost tracking reports.
Assists in preparation of status reports and maintains accurate project statuses and budget information in COINs.
Identifies and resolves basic and more complex projectrelated accounting issues and resolves in a timely manner.
5 years of project accounting experience in the construction industry
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
