Role Overview:
The Appeals Referee position is an Administrative Law Judge who conducts unemployment insurance hearings in accordance with Indiana Code 224176. In general the Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure and Indiana Rules of Evidence govern the proceedings. Administrative Law Judges complete timely written decisions that contain conclusions of law that are supported by specific findings of fact. This position is located in DWDs Fort Wayne Comprehensive Office 3500 E. Coliseum Blvd. Ste. 200 Fort Wayne IN 46805.
Salary Statement:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at$67314.00but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
