Lead the of lean sustainable/scaleable process improvement within and across the GE Aerospace Wales Site.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Participate and Lead the implementation of our Lean Business System
- Work with teams to ensure consistency and leverage best practices across businesses
- Drive value stream mapping and Kaizens of large enterprise crossfunctional processes by partnering with multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Support the mission statement and advancing the Lean culture through our operating system Flight Deck
- Mentor leaders / employees and connect with teams .
- Drive Problem Solving (from Just do its up to complex PSRs) and promote action planning and management for daily improvement across the enterprise.
- Play an active role in transformational Lean (Hoshin Kanri)
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience in Lean Operations.
- Significant experience with lean fundamentals & principles.
- Operation management experience is desired.

- Has a strong theoretical background but has a very handson approach to problems and ability to teach by doing in first person
- Established agile and project management skills ability to reprioritize as needs change. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems with limited resources.
