Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners as necessary.
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement and training of human capital.
- Organize and oversee employee onboarding programs.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Monitor and manage employee performance through standardized appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and best practices within the organization.
- Develop HR policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment.
- Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze exit data to improve retention strategies.
- Implement and manage Employee Engagement Surveys and initiatives.
- Regularly report on HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers on HRrelated issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR software and databases.
- Demonstrable experience in employee relations and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex HR challenges.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Masters degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and compensation structures.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest HR trends and legislation.
