Job Overview:
Our client a leading global consulting firm known for its expertise in business transformation is seeking a CRM Consultant. In this role you will collaborate with clients to design and execute strategies that enhance customer engagement utilizing advanced CRM systems customer insights digital marketing and marketing automation to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy Formulation: Partner with clients to design and implement CRM strategies that align with their business objectives focusing on improving customer experience and engagement through digital marketing and automation tools.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop strategies to optimize customer touchpoints across various channels ensuring seamless interactions that foster customer loyalty.
- DataDriven Marketing: Analyze marketing effectiveness and customer data to optimize digital marketing campaigns improving overall marketing performance and ROI.
- Sales Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine existing sales workflows leveraging Sales Force Automation and other tools to enhance sales team productivity and efficiency.
- Global CRM Implementation: Support the global rollout and integration of CRM systems across regions ensuring alignment and scalability.
- Client Training and Continuous Support: Provide ongoing training and support to clients ensuring the successful adoption and use of CRM systems and digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
- A strong academic background from a leading institution with a degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field preferably from one of the toptier universities.
- Proven experience in CRM consulting with a strong focus on digital marketing customer experience and marketing automation.
- Solid understanding of CRM platforms and sales force automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to enhance marketing and sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to collaborate effectively with clients and crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with global CRM system implementations.
- Familiarity with popular CRM tools including Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM content marketing and social media.
- Experience in managing CRMrelated projects from start to finish.
