Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Senior Spa Therapist for a luxury spa based in Pretoria. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced therapist to join a premium wellness destination known for its exceptional service and serene environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a range of highquality spa treatments including massages facials body wraps manicures and pedicures
Maintain a professional warm and welcoming environment for all guests
Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
Promote and upsell spa products and treatments to meet monthly sales targets
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa
Assist with reception duties when required
Keep updated with the latest beauty and wellness trends
Ensure client confidentiality and deliver exceptional service consistently
Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient spa operation
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Spa Therapist
Internationally recognized beauty therapy qualification (e.g. CIDESCO ITEC or equivalent)
Excellent knowledge of spa treatments techniques and products
Strong communication and customer service skills
Passion for wellness beauty and delivering fivestar guest experiences
Wellgroomed professional and punctual
Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required
Proven ability to meet retail and treatment targets
