You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head HR with 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience. In this pivotal role you will collaborate across departments to attract develop engage and retain top talent while aligning HR practices with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should bring a blend of strategic thinking people management compliance expertise and operational excellence.
Collaborate with leadership teams across functions to execute HR strategies related to talent acquisition onboarding development engagement and retention.
Lead HR initiatives such as workforce planning performance management talent transformation rewards & recognition and succession planning.
Partner with department heads to design hiring processes and implement best recruitment practices to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
Design and oversee the implementation of KPIs and KRAs ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives employee productivity and growth.
Handle grievance redressal disciplinary actions and conduct exit interviews ensuring smooth offboarding.
Stay updated on talent trends external market insights and use people analytics to support business decisions.
Lead change management initiatives and support continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.
Manage payroll statutory compliance and benefits administration effectively and efficiently.
Handle ISO CMMi ISMS and EMS audits; maintain statutory records and documentation for inspections.
Maintain and revise the company s HR policies and employee handbook.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
Maintain organizational charts and the company directory.
Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
Serve as a link between employees and management resolving workrelated concerns and fostering open communication.
Drive HR automation and implement tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Oversee smooth exit processes including full and final settlements.
Define and report on monthly/quarterly recruiting and HR metrics; use data to inform leadership decisions.
Lead manage and coach the recruitment team to deliver high performance aligned with hiring targets.
Ensure accurate and uptodate data management for recruitment onboarding transfers rehires promotions and conversions.
Proven experience as a Senior HR leader with a minimum of 15 years in core HR functions.
Deep knowledge of HR policies talent management performance systems and labor laws.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and analytics.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in leading audits and maintaining statutory compliance documentation.
Proficiency in HR software systems and tools; experience with HR automation initiatives is a plus.
Ability to drive change influence decisionmaking and foster a strong company culture.
