CTC: Up to 12 LPA
Product: Loans Against Property
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years (NBFC/BFSI preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Source LAP business through direct channels & partners
Achieve login disbursement & income targets
Sourcing DSA and Team Handling
Build & manage distributor/channel partner network
Ensure timely collections & minimize NPAs
Maintain accurate MIS and reports
