About the Role
We are looking for a selfdriven detailoriented Associate Technical Program Manager (ATPM) with focus on AI enablement to join us and be a part of our growth story.
You will be responsible for driving crossfunctional initiatives managing multiple program and ensuring seamless coordination between clients sales product engineering QA and external vendors on a need basis.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen exceptional account and project management skills and experience handling largescale complex projects. You should be comfortable operating in a fastpaced dynamic environment with minimal direction while ensuring highquality results.
Key Responsibilities
EndtoEnd Client Accounts and Project Ownership: Lead crossfunctional projects including program definition roadmap planning resource allocation and .
AI & Technology Enablement: Work on projects leveraging AI/ML technologies and integrating them into yours and the organisations regular work stream.
Delivery Management: Understand clarify and articulate the requirements to the leads and developers assist in scoping schedule preparation ensuring quality and deployment excellence across the service and product offerings..
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the clients sales tech leaders developers QA engineers product managers business teams and external vendors to align priorities and drive .
Process Optimization & Automation: Identify bottlenecks streamline workflows and enhance testing and release processes to improve delivery speed and efficiency.
Strategic Planning & : Define and implement quality release metrics and process improvements to reduce timetomarket while ensuring operational excellence.
ProblemSolving & DecisionMaking: Act as a technical problem solver resolving project deadlocks and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.
Release Management: Drive planning of major/minor and maintenance release windows ensuring alignment across multiple teams.
DataDriven : Collect and analyze data to track project performance and make informed business decisions.
Communication & Documentation: Maintain structured documentation and provide regular program updates to leadership teams.
Key Requirements
Technical Background: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Project & Program Management: 5 years of experience managing technical projects driving crossfunctional collaboration and implementing release strategies.
Account Management: Build good rapport with the existing clients and the prospects leading to new opportunities discovery conversion upselling and crossselling. Review the delivery progress successful onboarding periodic invoicing and collections check.
AI/ML Exposure: Experience or familiarity with AIdriven solutions and automation tools.
Deep Handson Technical Expertise: Ability to understand and work with SMEs on frontend backend cloud and infrastructure technologies.
Agile & Release Management: Experience managing Agile methodologies participate and/or conduct the daily standups promptly update the incident management tools prepare work breakdown structure for complex and timebound tasks/projects perform root cause analyses initiate preventive and corrective actions.
Strong Communication & Collaboration: Ability to convey the technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Good verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
ProblemSolving & Attention to Detail: Ability to identify gaps propose solutions and optimize workflows.
SelfDriven & Proactive Mindset: Ability to handle multiple competing priorities operate independently and swiftly. Timely remediation of the incidents ensuring on time delivery including the client and the internal assigned tasks.
Documentation: Ensure all the accounts and project related details are uptodate and documented. Drafting the contracts and SoWs RCAs reports and metrics update.
Qualifications :
NicetoHave Qualifications
Technical Program Management Experience: 2 years in an ATPM / TPM role handling largescale programs.
Automation & Scripting: Experience with Python Selenium or userlevel automation.
Cloud & AI Enablement: Familiarity with AWS GCP or Azure and AI/ML model deployment.
