About the Role
Joining our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team on a permanent part time basis you will support people with disability in shared housing or in their own home providing various supports including personal care and daily living. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster.
Providing support to people with disability living inChifleythe successful candidate will have experience working in a Group Home/Supported Independent Living setting and have a range of experience across including working with behaviour support plans personal care manual handling and confidence in driving a wheelchair van. To provide best support to the people we are supporting you will also hold a relevant qualification.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the set fortnightly rosters below:
35.5 hours per fortnight:
39.5 hours per fortnight:
40.5 hours per fortnight:

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
