Position: Infrastructure Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the companys IT infrastructure. This is a fulltime onsite position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the companys network servers and other IT infrastructure components
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues
- Install configure and upgrade hardware and software as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on servers and network equipment
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place and functioning properly
- Collaborate with other team members to implement new technology solutions
- Provide technical support to endusers including troubleshooting and training
- Document and maintain technical procedures and system configurations
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the companys IT infrastructure
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support
- Strong knowledge of network and server administration including Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware HyperV)
- Familiarity with network security and firewalls
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA MCSA) are a plus
