Your next career opportunity
As the Manager of Strategic Operations youll play a pivotal role in implementing and delivering operational initiatives for the Faculty of Science. Working closely with the Director of Strategic Operations youll lead a team of School Operations Managers/Institute Managers optimise administrative systems and drive strategic objectives. This role offers you the opportunity to leverage your leadership skills strategic thinking and relationshipbuilding expertise to make a significant impact on the Facultys success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Analyse complex challenges develop strategies and implement highlevel projects across Schools and Institutes.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture key relationships provide leadership to School Operations and Institute Managers and foster crossfunctional communication.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimise processes enhance operational efficiency and ensure successful delivery of faculty objectives.
  • Decision Support: Synthesise complex information contribute analytical insights and support highlevel decisionmaking processes.

You are an experienced leader with a postgraduate qualification exceptional management skills and a proven track record in operational leadership capable of fostering a highperformance serviceoriented work environment while driving strategic initiatives.

You may also:

  • Possess strong strategic development and problemsolving skills.
  • Have experience in project and service delivery.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excel in collaborative environments and influencing through formal and informal authority.
  • Show initiative sound judgment and professional autonomy.
  • Have prior experience in a science or higher education environment (desirable).
