Working under the supervision of the VP of Sales and Marketing the Sales Coordinator mission is to manage prospect lead development prospective tours and moveins and Welcome Home database.
Job responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the sales effort to support the achievement of required occupancy levels and moveins for Paradise Valley Estates independent living.
- Interact with both current PVE residents and prospective residents and families to educate them in the benefits of the programs available for independent living.
- Responsible for community outreach and educating the public with regard to Paradise Valley Estates.
Qualifications
- Selfmotivated individual with an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong time management and problem solving skills.
- Ability to maintain poise and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask prioritize and deal with frequent interruptions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Prior experience preferred but not required.
