Vargo is recruiting Business Development Managers for a wellestablished financial services business that is experiencing monthonmonth growth and is looking to add additional heads to their sales team. These roles will have a geographical focus but offer opportunities to leverage networks across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with commercial lending background either from a bank independent lender or broker to join this business in a strong growth phase.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a network of clients and referral partners in asset finance.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Present tailored finance solutions for various assets and business loans.
Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our value.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Experience in business development or related field ideally in asset or commercial finance.
Proven track record in sales and business growth.
Knowledge of commercial lending and finance solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles are available in West Wales Mid Wales Somerset Bristol Cheltenham/Gloucester Midlands and Swindon.
