The Role:
Lead health safety and environmental strategy during our transformative development phase.
Youll:
- Develop and implement site-wide HSE systems aligned with regulatory/compliance standards
- Drive risk management incident response and proactive safety culture
- Oversee training programs audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor teams and embed safety as a core operational value

We Need:
- 8 years in HSE leadership (mining/construction/heavy industry)
- Diploma/Degree in OHS/Environmental Science or related field
- Expertise in NSW legislation incident investigation (ICAM) and risk management
- Proven ability to implement Safety Management Systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and training skills
