About the Role:

As an IT Solutions Lead (TechnologyOne) Specialist you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing Mutual Marketplaces IT systems ensuring they support business objectives efficiently and securely. You will oversee system performance user access and integration enhancements while working closely with internal teams and external service providers. This role is based in Brisbane or Adelaide on a permanent fulltime basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support all TechnologyOne modules including maintaining and developing XLOne reports ETL and Business Process Automation.
• Oversee user and security management in TechnologyOne Coupa Expense Management and other Microsoft systems.
• Provide support for Power BI dashboards and data warehouses.
• Project manage the implementation and installation of new systems upgrades or enhancements of existing systems.
• Conduct system testing and rollout of test scripts to staff and customers.
• Work on process improvements to better utilize software and streamline processes.
• Provide training to team members and customers.
• Other adhoc support and project work as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Tertiary qualification in IT Computer Science Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in financial systems analysis or support.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and ERP systems 3years TechnologyOne experience essential Coupa experience desirable).
• Proficiency in Excel XLOne Crystal Power BI and SharePoint.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Experience in system integration and automation is a plus.
• Experience with financial system implementation or upgrades is advantageous.
