About the Sales Operations Manager X Digital Ads:
The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for working with client delivery operations and business intelligence staff to build reporting deliverables. This role will be an expert on data for a unique sales team by following trends forecasting and presenting to the client and client services teams
Location: Hybrid Ogden UT
What Will You Do
Work with the client services teams to fully understand their business problem and design solutions to meet their needs
Design data models and dashboards using Salesforce and Google sheets Build and manage Salesforce reports
Thorough understanding of sales process and corelating data. Define trends build forecasting and overall changes in data with correlating impact. Speak to these findings to client and client services.
Ensure high level of accuracy and quality in all produced work.
Maintain recurring reporting in SFDC and Google sheets
What Will You Need to Succeed
Pursuing Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in sales business marketing statistics computer science or mathematics related fields
Experience working in data or technology focused position with preference given to database or reporting jobs
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce including report creation and management.
An expert in Google Sheets by creating reporting visuals queries and tables Experience building dashboards tables and graphs in reporting tools
Ability to interpret and speak to data and analytics Must have efficient time management skills organized and customer service oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills especially technical information to nontechnical savvy people
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills ability to multitask and work in a dynamic fast paced environment
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer.
