13 years proven content creation and management experience withinenterprise and/or agency environments.
Technical B2B or related industry writing experience required; cybersecurity experience preferred.
Proven track record of working at both the strategic and tactical levels to develop impactful interesting and effective campaigns.
Experienced understanding of information structure data gathering user needs and behaviors labeling techniques and navigational systems.
Strong customer focus with the ability to effectively sell a valueproposition within various digital content formats.
Proven ability to take a design direction and leadership role in projects that span multiple teams andeffectively communicate/facilitatestrategic and tactical plans.
Strong welldeveloped organizational and project management skills.
