Homebot is a Homeownership Platform for Lenders Real Estate & Insurance Agents that drives client retention and referrals. Homebots special sauce is that it helps homeowners and homebuyers (aka: our customers clients) to build wealth through homeownership. Our customers include Mortgage Lenders Real Estate Agents Banks Credit Unions Loan Servicers Insurance agencies and Title Companies.

Our Sales team is growing and were in need of an experienced energetic & dynamic Director of Sales to increase our base of fanatical customers.

This is a fulltime position based in our Denver CO office. (We have a hybrid work model in place that allows employees to split their time between working inoffice and from home a few days a week.

We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis.

Compensation: We are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation including skills qualifications and professional experience which can cause your compensation to vary. This role has an annual targeted base salary range of $160000 $180000 with variable compensation from $120000 $180000 (with uncapped commission potential via our accelerated comp model).

What Youll Be Accountable For:

  • Building and nurturing strong trustbased relationships with key decisionmakers across our customer base often at the Clevel and executive levels.
  • Managing coaching and developing a highperforming team of Account Executives serving as a mentor advocate and strategic resource.
  • Acting as the connective tissue between Sales Marketing and Customer Experience to ensure aligned business strategies.
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities through deep customer discovery and industry insight.
  • Achieving and exceeding revenue targets by driving team performance optimizing sales strategies and ensuring consistent pipeline health and deal .

Who Youll Collaborate With:

  • This role will report to the CEO
  • You will lead a team of 45 Account Executives
  • You will work closely with Sales Marketing and CX

What You Bring:

  • Proven Sales Leadership: 10 years of progressive sales experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing highperforming teams in fastpaced highgrowth SaaS or contractbased subscription environments.
  • Deep Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the mortgage lending and real estate ecosystem with proven success selling into lending institutions.
  • PlayerCoach Mentality: Willing and able to roll up your sleeves; Leading by example to support your team in the field while also managing team performance coaching for growth and setting strategic direction.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Proven ability to work crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing and Customer Experience to drive alignment and deliver against revenue goals.
  • Engaging Presence: Brings contagious energy and the ability to quickly establish strong connections with others.
  • StartUp Mentality: Thrives in the fastpaced environment of smaller highgrowth companies where adaptability to change and taking risks are key.
