Part Time HR Manager Andover 12 months FTC Negotiable DOE

Are you a HR professional who can demonstrate experience of change management

The Company

Seymour John are thrilled to be working exclusively with our client based in Andover to secure an HR professional who can support a change management project working as part of this global business.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible to take ownership for the endtoend implementation of the change processes with your key responsibilities to include:

Personal Profile

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with proven experience with change management (TUPE and redundancy). You will have indepth knowledge of HR practices employment laws regulations and compliance requirements with excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. This role is parttime with the expectation is that you attend the office 3 days a week.

Hours and Benefits

Part time 24 hours) 3 days a week

25 days annual Bank Holidays
