This role requires a handson leader who can motivate guide and support team members while driving continuous improvement and operational Responsibilities:Lead and direct a team of production workers assigning tasks providing coaching and fostering a collaborative work production processes identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve all products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and resolving new employees on safety procedures equipment use and production and maintain production reports tracking progress and identifying opportunities for a safe and clean work environment ensuring compliance with all safety make realtime decisions to keep production on :3 years of experience in a production environment with prior leadership knowledge of production processes quality control and safety leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a mindset capable of identifying and addressing production issues in Microsoft Office to work independently and in a teamoriented align with company culture be proactive and committed to continuous for Success:Ability to work independently with minimal organizational skills and attention to to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced decisionmaking and criticalthinking Demands & Work Environment:Must be able to stand walk reach stoop kneel and climb as to lift at least 25 lbs for short will be performed in a food manufacturing facility following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) requiring the use of hair/beard nets safety shoes and uniform on jewelry piercings and artificial nails/eyelashes facility is not climatecontrolled and production areas may have slippery Pro Talent Group on Indeed and LinkedIn for uptodate job postings!
