Adobe is looking for a highenergy driven and selfmotivated individual to join Adobes sales development team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting our sales teams in the Americas Digital Mediaor Digital Experience organization.
As a BDR you are the first line of contact with prospects and must excel inestablishingmeaningful conversations with a variety of IT and Clevel decision makers in commerical or public sector. You will prospect educate qualify and develop target accounts to generate salesready meetings and opportunities. Through accountbased sales development you willidentifyand build salespipelinethat leads to revenue growth. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who is resilient and innovative in building and executing personalized business development prospecting campaigns.

Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting activities via telephone video and email
Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual pipeline generating targets to ensure territory revenueobjectivesand pipeline linearity
Build awareness into the account base through regular email campaigns and drive attendance to live and online webinars
Research accountsidentifykey players generateinterestand develop accounts to uncover and develop opportunities forAdobes products
Handle and overcome prospect objections with confidence
Become a trusted resource and develop positive relationships with your sales ecosystem
Maintain uptodate knowledge of Adobes competitive positioning in the marketplace
What you need to succeed
Proventrack recordof achieving measurable inside sales goals in a sales environment whereaccurateentry and management of lead data in a CRM system was
Prior experience cold calling and generating new leads
Positive and energetic phone skills excellent listening skills strongwritingand presentation skills
Proficient with sales prospecting tactics and technologies
Motivated by individual and team achievement
Highly organized with ability to work in fastpaced environment
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of an evergrowing sales organization
4year college degree or equivalent experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $63800 $103700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
