Moonvalley is developing cuttingedge generative AI models designed to power Superbowlworthy commercials and awardwinning cinematic experiences. Our inaugural cuttingedge HD model Marey is built on exclusively licensed and owned data for professional use in Hollywood and enterprise applications.

Role summary:
Were looking for a fusion of a Engineer Product Manager and UX thinker. Youre the type of person who doesnt just build features; you design the experience question the roadmap and iterate until it just feels right. You think like a founder execute like a solo operator and know exactly when to loop in the right redefine how products are built.
What youll be doing:
Building & Shipping: Youll architect build and launch product features endtoend. No red tape just .
Designing with Code: You know how to avoid making ugly things even if youre not a designer. UX/UI instincts are a must.
UserCentered Engineering: You think about the user constantly. Every decision you makewhether technical or aestheticcenters on how the user will interact with it.
Roadmapping & Decision Making: Youll be collecting feedback making roadmap decisions and implementing features without needing a PM to tell you what to do.
Architectural Thinking: You have strong engineering fundamentals and a deep understanding of infrastructure at scale.
Working Solo (But Not in a Vacuum): You prefer autonomy and thrive when left to build things yourself but you also know when to share information and collaborate strategically.

A Technical Founder (or Close to It): Maybe you were a founding engineer former founder or technical cofounder. Youve built things beforepossibly on your own.
A SelfStarter: You dont need handholding structure or constant oversight. You thrive in chaos and turn ambiguity into action.
Deeply Curious About AI & Emerging Tech: You think AI is more than just a buzzword. Youre already experimenting with AI agents using tools like Cursor and leveraging AI for code generation and optimization.
StartupFirst Mindset: You prefer working in a small fastmoving team where your impact is direct and meaningful.
Tech Stack (Tools Dont Really Matter But Heres What We Like)
Languages: TypeScript Python (for AI)
AIFirst Development: Cursor AIpowered agents
Strongly Typed Languages Preferred: Because AI works better with them
