Job Description

CWS Hygiene is the market leader in the field of sustainable hand and toilet hygiene and a pioneer in the field of sustainability in our sector. We would like to maintain this position! Will you help us


Your mission:

As Key Account Manager International Trade (m/f/d) you play an important role in expanding our presence into new markets leveraging our industryleading hygiene solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities in countries where we do not exist yet by establishing partnerships with local distributors.

What else will you be doing as Key Account Manager International Trade (m/f/d)

  • You conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities for expansion in various regions by understanding market trends you are able to generate leads and develop effective market entry strategies;

  • Develop and implement business plans to grow in existing markets (e.g. market segmentation target customer identification promotion pricing and channel development etc.;

  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve business objectives by means of contract negotiations with prospective customers and tenders to secure new business;

  • Collaborate closely with different internal teams such as marketing product management operations and regional sales to ensure alignment of expansion efforts with overall company objectives and targets in mind.


How will you contribute to commercial growth in our trade sales

At CWS we are looking for the right personal and cultural fit. You enjoy driving commercial growth through combining an operational and strategic approach.

  • You are in the possession of bachelors or masters degree in business administration marketing or related field;

  • You have 3 years experience in (international) trade sales and business development. Experience in a sector associated to ours would be an advantage;

  • Excellent intercultural communication and negotiation skills ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders;

  • We can describe you as a strategic person with a resultsoriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to ;

  • Willingness to travel (frequency to be discussed);

  • You are fluent in German and English a third language proficiency is desired.
